Beautiful setting, very nice and clean rooms, fantastic to be so close to the Ocean and great view over Cape Town especailly at night.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with some staff. On arrival staff tried to tell us that the price was more expensive than I had on my confirmation printout. But the issue got solved and our confirmation price was confirmed. The night before we left we went to reception and told them that some of us had to leave the next morning at 5am to get an international flight and asked if we could settle everything now including the last night which was still to come. It wasn't a problem and we payed for absolutely everything. The next morning after we already had left, my elderly mother and her granddaughter went to reception to ask for a taxi to bring them to the airport. They got told that last nights payment was still outstanding and staff insisted on payment otherwise they wouldn't call a taxi. For both of them english is a foreign language. As my mother became anxious that they would miss their international flight she payed again. The issue is still ongoing and in the moment Leisure Bay says that they have missplaced our documents.
